1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing any services provided by WWD, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

WWD operates as a sovereign digital vault engineered exclusively for emergency succession, estate directives, vital credential safeguarding, and encrypted key management for individuals and designated families.

2. User Responsibilities & Master Key Custody

WWD is architected under strict zero-knowledge cryptographic parameters. Your Master Passphrase, 6-digit MPIN, and hardware security keys are generated and held exclusively on your client devices.

You hold exclusive custody and ultimate responsibility for safeguarding your master credentials. WWD personnel do not possess, store, or have access to master keys, and cannot under any circumstance decrypt, reset, or recover your access materials if you lose them.

3. Vault Ownership & Access Delegation

You retain full, exclusive ownership of all digital assets, directives, and records placed within your sanctuary. You may delegate designated items or entire emergency directives to trusted family members or estate contacts.

Emergency release protocols execute strictly based on multi-party cryptographic verification triggers, dual-sign confirmations, and pre-configured timelock delays established exclusively by you.

4. Prohibited Uses & Service Integrity

WWD provides strictly for lawful personal, family, and fiduciary asset continuity. You agree not to utilize the platform for unlawful activities, unauthorized distribution of malicious software, or attempts to compromise other endpoints.

Any systematic attempt to reverse-engineer client binaries, probe API endpoints, or conduct automated penetration testing without prior written authorization constitutes a material violation and grounds for immediate termination.

5. Limitation of Liability & Cryptographic Disclaimers

While all vault records are fortified with military-grade AES-256-GCM symmetric encryption combined with XChaCha20-Poly1305, WWD cannot warrant against compromised client operating systems, malware, unauthorized physical access, or loss of user authentication credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, WWD and its affiliates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from inability to access your digital repository or forgotten key credentials.

6. Termination & Permanent Purge

You maintain the irrevocable right to discontinue service or execute a fully cryptographic purge of your vault at any time via Settings. All encrypted blocks, associated logs, and device session bindings are securely expunged within 48 hours.
